Our Team

Michail Baldwin, Lead Pastor

Michail has served in full-time ministry for ten years, being named the pastor of Douglas 
church in November of 2025. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University, receiving a degree 
specializing in Family and Child Studies and Behavioral Sciences.
Michail has received his Master of Divinity from the SCHOOL OF URBAN MISSIONS: BIBLE 
COLLAGE AND THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY located in EL DORADO HILLS, CA. 
Michail specializes in interpersonal communication and counseling, crisis intervention, children’s ministry, youth ministry, young adult ministry, and senior adult ministry. Michail has received extensive training in church strategic planning and new ministry development.

Debbie Fresina, Treasurer

Debbie joined the Douglas Church staff in January 2021 as our treasurer. She has many years of experience in accounting, and she assures the church finances are in sound order.

Diane Lord, Pianist

 Dianne has served as the pianist at Douglas Church since December 2005. A retired schoolteacher, Dianne shares her love of music with the congregation each week. She is married to Gaylord and is a doting mother & grandmother.
