Frequently Asked Questions:
  • How will I know where to go when I arrive at Douglas Church?
Greeters will be at the glass doors on Sunday mornings beginning at 9:30 am to help you find the Sunday school classes. Greeters will remain there until the morning service begins at 11 am, and can answer any questions you may have.
  • Does Douglas Church have a nursery for babies and toddlers?
Douglas Church provides a nursery for children ages birth to age 4. The nursery opens at 9:45 am and remains open until the end of the morning service. We have Safe Sanctuary-trained, adult volunteers ready to care for your child.
  • How can I find out more information about the church?
Visitors are encouraged to share their contact information so that we can welcome you! We will not visit your home, but simply want to be in contact with you about your visit, and provide additional information about our church family if desired.
  • How should I dress for attending Sunday services?
We encourage you to dress comfortably, but also modestly and respectfully. We have folks who "dress up"with suit coats and dresses, and we have folks who "dress down" with blue jeans and collared shirt/blouse. We do want to honor God and respect our fellow church members by not dressing in a distracting or disrespectful manner.
